Default Surgery in 2weeks

My daughter is 15 and is having an anterior fusion in 2weeks in Sydney.Feeling a roller coaster of emotions. Was supposed to have surgery last week but it got postponed...just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Her curve is at 47' and also has a spinal rotation.Any tips for hospital and post op at home would be appreciated. Thanks

Oh Sarah123 I feel for you. It takes a lot of emotional preparation leading up to surgery. Has the surgery gone ahead now? How's it going?
My daughter who is 16 is currently recovering from her surgery.
All the best

Good luck. We are 6 weeks post op.
Every day is easier, and every week there are improvements.
We found our first milestone - getting out of hosp - the best one
Home never felt so good.
