Default toeing it

Hi to all on forum,

My daughter, is an expert at picking anything up with her toes!! After having several spinal surgeries, she is kind-of an expert in this? And she urges anyone contemplating surgery, to start practicing the art of toe-picker-up-ering with all things, towels, clothes, shoes absolutely anything you can get your hands on ,use your toes. It saves on your back, no bending down, and post-op is a dream. Just a little tip that helps.

Agree, I use my feet all the time plus you learn to bring your leg up high to reach the things from your feet.
