Just letting everyone know I am going to start a journal all about my back, my pain and my thoughts and feelings so I don't have to burden anyone of my loved ones I am feeling good about doing it as it will help me and my loved ones from constantly hearing "my back hurts" so I will let everyone know how it all goes i'll also be putting in it things I do to help my back and tips for myself to deal with my pain

Hi bee_babe
Just remember that pain management specialists deal with people's pain all day, every day. They are professionals who do not become involved in your emotions (so they may seem distant and/or uncaring).
Having said that, it seems you have been offered several alternatives, and some new things which may need to be tried to guage their effectiveness.
Keep your chin up and a smile on your dial
and have you checked out the pain management website yet?
Carol
