I hate to read about all this pain. You never forget it, how it tires you out and how it gets you down. I don't get pain now, but reading your posts, it brings it back. I really wish I had a magic wand. Christine, I hope you got through your working day and are at home in bed now.

Hi Jen!

I made it through...went back about 3.30. And then bed again when home at 5.30. I didn't let on that I had my bra undone the entire time while back at work as it was still too painful. Thank goodness for modern undergarment engineering!

Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Hi I'm so glad I have people on here who understand what I'm dealing with thanks Christine I feel so sore and tired all the time but I know there are people who are experiencing exactly what I am. I had my first physio today it was good I had a heat pack which was to hot it was burning my back he said oh is it to hot I'm like um yeah! Then I got a massage and one where he used a tool that felt warm and he did acupuncher. It helped for about two hours untill I did things around the house :-s I'm not quite sure if this is what others have done I thought he would give me exercises and tell me how to manage my pain and back it was quite weird. Is this the way it's done?? I'm still feeling pain now even on jurnistra :-s which will be changing on Saturday to targin and endeb is anyone else on this medication and can tell me if it works?

Ouch! I hope some answers are forthcoming from the specialist soon Beebabe.

I've never been to a physiotherapist so I can't answer your questions. Re the bra...wondering if an Ahh Bra might help? Might be worth trying one on in the store before buying in case it turns out to be an Aggghhhh bra.

That's ok Jen others will probably let me know about physio I never new or know what exactly what they do... I just brought another ah bra today lol they are sooooo comfy but there more like a crop top then a bra and there not so supportive but they are more comfy then a bra so I think you might be right Jen because they feel so much better and don't put pressure on your back so it could be a really good idea

ahh bra's are not for me. Tried one after surgery last year and the elastic was just as painful as a regular bra. It sounds like they are much better if you are under a C cup...

Oh ok that sucks mine isn't actually an ah bra it's called a comfort bra and it doesn't have alastic in it it's a more smooth material and it's more comfortable then a bra or crop top sorry I couldn't help you. I've got some sort of good news I just started taking my new meds today targin and it's working good I don't feel tired and I don't feel drugged up like jurnistra makes me feel I am getting pain tho and my right side is feeling a little numb but oh well I'm hoping tonight when I take my second targin tablet and my endeb at night I hope it helps my pain comfort and sleep now I just have to wait to see my specialist.
