Default Were nearly at the end!

Hi Guys,

Just an update. Feel like weve been on a roller-coaster for 3 years...ohhh wait we have!! We have last lengthening in July. Then depending on what infection does...may need rods out 6 weeks before fusion? It got really ugly...big purple sores on the scar-line :-/ been on 4 x antibiotics a day since January. But we have got through it nearly. Its been such a stressfull time. And Ive remained sain (debatable) from support from my scoli-mates. Fusion is looking like Dec/Jan but Im concerned Emily hasnt reached menarche? My faith is in our incredible Surgeon. Im really impatient and want information NOW!!! I just have to be patient. And wait for results. My 9 yr old nephew Sam got a new liver 8 weeks ago and is doing amazing. These Surgeons/teams are just incredible. He was done in Brisbane also. Thanks for your support.

Great news about Sam. Hope all goes well for Emily at this surgery...and yes you are remarkably sane - hope every one of your scoli-mates tells you how amazing you are! Love to you all.
