I was diagnosed when I was twelve and a half and my x-ray was done a month before I turned sixteen, so it progressed by ‎‎14 degrees in three years. I was in the Boston brace for two and a half years and my current treatment is just observation I ‎guess. My last visit to the scoliosis clinic wasnít with my surgeon but with one of his colleagues so he didnít give me an ‎indication about whether or not I needed the surgery. My next appointment with my surgeon/specialist is in March 2012 ‎so hopefully I will get some sort of answer, haha. ‎

How is your daughterís scoliosis getting treated?
