Default Re: New- surgery 3 days ago

We were advised by the physio and surgeon to stick to walking daily and light swimming for 6 months and that no specific physio was needed. Walking was the most important thing for a healthy and speedy recovery. This strategy certainly worked for my son. He has his 6 month check next month and is looking forward to getting the all clear to get back on his bike and head off to the hills for a spot of mountain/trail biking.

Has any one had spasms in shoulder about 2 wks after surgery and if so what can help relieve/get rid of them. When they start it is really excruciating. Thanks.
