Default Re: Surgery -- where to start?

Sorry to jump on this thread... I need your expertise! Looking for some recommendations. I just had my surgery date (20 November) cancelled due to a scheduling error with the second surgeon. I was going through public, which is the only option for Dr Woodland in Perth (I know he's meant to be the best, but I can't wait for another date now). Now the waitlist is banked until 2020! I'm devastated and had been planning my entire life around this coming date. I have private cover and am considering taking this route instead. Can anyone recommend a surgeon ANYWHERE in Australia who can do it ASAP? I'd appreciate any input, as with my age (28), curvature and life situation, waiting until 2020 is not feasible. Feel free to PM me if uncomfortable posting in comments. Thanks so much for your help.
