Default Questions to ask the surgeons

Hi everyone,
I am 33 year old male from tasmania and have been suffering from a 58 degrees since I was 16.
In the last 6 years my pain has increased quite rapidly and as of 3 months ago my curve is now 69 degrees.

I am booked in to see a surgeon in Melbourne on July 2, can anyone advise me on what sort of questions I should be asking?

Kind regards,

Snowman
