Yeah I know I get my MRI done in four weeks :-s I am a little bit scared but I should be ok then I have my other specialist appointment the next month on the 21 will that be enough time for my specialist to get my MRI?

They can get it very quickly electronically if necessary! We sent our specialist a disc through the post.

Oh ok it's being done at the hospital so they won't need to post it. Do you know what to do if one leg is longer then the other I notice I lean to my right now my right foot is really sore hmm...

I really want my pain Managment specialist appointment to hurry up 150mg of tramadol morning and night just isn't doing anything for me

I'm so over people who have no idea of what I'm going through with my back and the pain I go through everyday and it has gotten even worse now tramadol used to help a little now it doesn't take any of my pain away I'm so upset with people in my life making me upset by saying they are sick of hearing how much pain I'm in! if they only knew what it was like to be me and in my shoes then they would no! I'm just so upset and crying no one understands.

Have you contacted a pain management clinic. There must be support groups with people who understand??!!
It must be a lonely place you are in, I hope you can get some help soon.Lizxx

My pain Managment appointment is on may 10 I just hate waiting lol. I don't know of any surport groups here.

Hi Bee-babe

to me your scoliosis does seem very mild, but your kyphosis looks more significant. My X rays show a scoli curve of 37-45 degrees depending on the time of day(!) and the curve is much more pronounced than yours. Yours looks more like the finished product after surgery, (ie not perfect but close to!). It looks about 10 - 15 degrees to me. The degree of curve is not always consistent with how much pain a person has though. I have no pain and people with worse curves often don't have pain, and people with small curves can be in pain.

It makes sense to have an MRI given that your scoli is mild, there might be something else going on that is the real cause of the pain.
