Smile New here but not new to Scoliosis

I've just joined here and hope to learn more about my Scoliosis and Kyphosis.

I will be looking for some guidance on pain relief and management and most of all to be amongst people who "know the daily pain" that Scoliosis sufferers go through.

I was diagnosed aged 12 having Scoliosis and Kyphosis, had a back brace from age 15 to 17, now nearly 50 years of age am finding the associated pains aches and limitations are really affecting me.

Now off to read some posts
