Question how to manage pain from scoliosis

Hi, I am 24 y.o and have scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis.
I have had chronic back pain issues for about 5 years now with pain that has gradually worsened over this period. I have 'winged' scapulas with hyper-mobile joints (particular my shoulders) that tend to injury very easily.

I have seen almost every kind of health professional:
-GP, physio, chiro, myotherapist, spinal specialist/ surgeon, musculoskeletal specialist etc

My curvature is for non-surgical management, however I am struggling to manage the pain. My current methods are:
-heat packs/ patches
-regular massages
-gentle exercise (walking, physio exercises)
-Pilates (done in the past)
-now on endep (temporarily for pain relief)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further manage back pain on a day-to-day basis??
I am worried that when I come off the endep meds I will not be able to handle to return of my pain!
